Whats Coming Up this Fall

HAPPY FALL EVERYONE!!

There are some exciting events coming up in the months ahead! More detailed information will be sent home soon.

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the events. Please check your calendars , save the dates and help out!!

(1) PUMPKIN RUN- Friday, October 20 AFTERNOON

This is an afternoon for the students of Halloweeny games and races, laughter and fun!!

We will need approx 10-14 volunteers from ~12:30-3:00pm (activities run from 1:00-2:30pm)

(2) HOT DOG DAY- Thursday, November 16 LUNCHTIME

Our Master Chef Mr Bruce will be treating the students to a Hot Dog Feast at lunch!!

We will need approx 6 sous-chefs from 11:30am-1:00pm

(3) WHITE ELEPHANT SALE- Friday, December 15 ALL DAY

Our Annual White Elephant Sale is one of the favourite events of the year! Start saving up gently used items to donate to the sale. Our gym converts to a department store where the children can Christmas shop for loved ones, $1/item. We will need help setting up on the Thursday afternoon and elves to help wrap gifts on the Friday!! If you have any time to spare, please come join us- it truly is a wonderful event to be a part of!

We will need approx 6-8 volunteers to help set up on Thursday afternoon (~1- 3:30pm)

We will need approx 10-12 volunteers to help with cash, wrap or float around to help our children (morning ~9-12; afternoon ~1-3; or all day)

We will need approx 6 volunteers to help clean up on Friday after the sale (~3:30-4:30)

We have more events coming in 2018!
