Secret Santa week

The children have requested that we are "Secret Santa" for one another during this last week before Christmas Break. I have asked that they make sure their parents are ok with this and to let me know before proceeding. Participation is purely optional and there is absolutely no pressure. I am encouraging the students to gift very small gently used or hand-made items for each day (five in all). We do not expect anyone to buy anything. If parents decide to buy, then I ask that a total limit of $10 is set for the entire week; meaning no more than $2 a day. I have emphasized that it is the thought of giving that is important, rather than what a person is getting. I have asked that gifts are wrapped with the recipients name on it only. It may be easiest to have them all ready to go on Monday so that they are not forgotten throughout the week. I know this is just one more thing at a very busy time of year, so thank you so much for your support. Please contact me if you have any concerns.
