Yellow Slips

As part of my Classroom Management procedure, I will give students a "Yellow Slip" to fill out if they are being disruptive, or talking (or doing something else) when they should be working. You can be sure that I will have verbally addressed the issue several times before a slip is given. All students are aware that if they receive three slips, there will be a phone call home to inform parents of the issue.
