Job shadowing during the PQP Practicum allowed for a better understanding of the leadership position. I did two observation practica. I shadowed a principal at an elementary school and three vice principals at a secondary school.

Being the Principal Designate at my current school ensures further practical experience and accountability in a Leadership role.

This allows me a better understanding of the scope of practice.
